Meditation Is a practice for calming the mind and body. It brings your consciousness to a higher state.

There are a few benefits for us by incorporating it into our daily lives.

If you do this for a few weeks, you will start to notice the changes that meditation brings to your life.

How Long Should I Practice Mindfulness Meditation Before Is See Any Changes?

You will not like what I tell you, but it depends from person to person. It took me about three weeks, practicing it consistently, for 30 minutes a day in the morning.

Generally, it is about 3-6 weeks. But be consistent in your determination to go through with it. At first, it may seem silly to you, but in time you will come to love it, as your alone time with your mind, where your surroundings don’t matter for that amount of time. It is refreshing as well.
